Black Bear Builders did an excellent job with our unfinished basement. Other contractors I contacted prior to Black Bear Builders would not reply or be willing to take on the job. We had several items that were out of code from the time the house was built; therefore, there was a lot of effort with wall demolition, new electrical, new insulation, HVAC, and framing adjustments. During their work, they noticed our crawl space had moisture, which then led to the discovery of rotted siding. Stuart was open and honest, took the time to explain everything, fixed any problems, and made everything look amazing. There was constant communication with scheduling and providing updates, they were respectful of our home, and always cleaned up any mess after a long day’s work. Stuart and Tyler are deeply knowledgeable and display their skills with the work they do. Our family could not be happier with everything they did.
